How much notice is required before I book my graduation robes? |

The booking will close approx 2 weeks before the ceremony. Please check the website to see if your ceremony option is still available or contact the helpline to establish if it is still open to book. |

Go to the robing room advised by your institution where you may pay for and collect your robes during the times Phelan Conan Limited are in attendance. Please have your robes collected at least an hour before your ceremony. |

Where do I collect my robes from? |

Your university or college has set aside a special area for you to collect your robes and we will be present to aide in putting them on. Details are normally given to you in your handout regarding ceremony arrangements. Confirm with your registry. |

When can I collect my robes? |

Details will have been given to you by your university or college, however as a general rule Phelan Conan Limited will normally be available to robe you at least two to three hours before your ceremony. |

How will I know how to put on my robes? |

We will be present to help you put them on and ensure you are wearing them correctly. |

What can I do if I am too late to order my robes on-line? |

Go to the help/cash desk in the robing area early on the day of your ceremony and our staff will help you. We bring enough stock to accommodate every person graduating so don’t worry. Just make sure you arrive at least an hour before your ceremony |

How can I confirm that my order has been placed? |

The last screen you see will be the conformation page. If you have been allocated a conformation number, then your robes have definitely been ordered |

I am unable to print my confirmation email - can I collect my gown without it? |

It is not imperative that you have the printed copy, but take a note of the conformation number - which can be found on the last page of the student hire after you have entered credit card details, as it does speed things up at the ceremony, in any event, our representatives will have detailed lists on the day of your ceremony. |
